A participatory performance.
Two participants enter the Intimacy Box, which locks from inside. They select cards prompting potential intimacies based on fear, shame, desire, and joy. Participants are sworn to complete honesty and secrecy. There is no record of what occurs inside the box.
It was performed in Los Angeles, May 26 through June 9, 2010.
It is currently being performed in the basement of Jahnstrasse 6, Berlin, August 16 through 24. Please
